Like many leaders, I found it difficult to consistently rise above the day-to-day to focus on strategic work. I was working all the time, and I often felt alone and unsupported.
I read the leadership books, connected with other leaders, and worked with different coaches. Eventually, I was introduced to Metronomics, a proven system that aligns leadership teams, creates accountability, and drives growth.
Implementing the system with the support of a coach helped me grow the company I was leading into a global diagnostics leader.
